These responsibilities include: answering the main phone line, setting up all appointments, handling our visit day registration, mailing inquiry packets, mailing all correspondence relating to appointments and visit day programs, and overseeing our student ambassadors.

This includes creating queries for counseling staff and departments, running weekly admissions reports, and computing enrollment data. She is also responsible for the daily oversight and running of the office, SAT score imports, mailing correspondence to confirmed students, and maintaining the website.

These responsibilities include: loading non-degree applications, loading undergraduate college transcripts, processing evaluated transfer credits, creating and maintaining non-degree student files, and mailing student correspondence.

These responsibilities include: loading applications, loading high school / college transcript information, creating and maintaining student files, mailing student correspondence, and receipting all application fee & advance deposit payments.
