Troy University has partnered with Higher One, Inc., a financial services company, to disburse student refunds.
Students,
The Trojan OneCard Program is used for all refunds issued to students. If you drop a class during the drop/add period, or if you withdraw, you might be eligible for a refund. You will receive your Trojan OneCard within a few weeks of enrolling the first time. .
Once you receive your Trojan OneCard, please, activate your Trojan OneCard.
The activation process allows you to make one of two choices:
Two electronic choices:
- Easy Refund- This is the fastest way to receive a refund and the only choice available that renders the Trojan OneCard a functioning card. Choosing Easy Refund opens a fully functioning checking account. The Trojan OneCard becomes a debit card attached to your OneAccount. The OneAccount does not require a minimum balance nor does it require a monthly maintenance fee. Learn more about the OneAccount by going to www.trojanonecard.com.
- ACH to already existing bank account- If you already have a bank account, you may choose to have your refund electronically deposited to your bank account.
Choose the refund delivery method that best fits your needs.
No matter which choice you make, do not lose the card. If a replacement card is required, a $20 Replacement Card Fee will be charged.
