Big consulting firms are expensive and often lack intimate knowledge of the biosciences field, while traditional executive programs often offer one-size-fits-all solutions. That’s why a growing number of executives in biosciences firms are tapping the resources offered through the BioSciences Management Initiative at the NC State College of Management.
