Employers wishing to recruit from Mansfield University via registration with CollegeCentral.com/Mansfield must comply with EOE and Affirmative Action hiring law and policies, and attest thereto.
Employers who do not wish to register with CollegeCentral.com, but who do wish to recruit on campus must sign our Compliance Statement.
Employers who act as third party recruiters (staffing agencies, contractors) and charge an applicant fee to inititate the hiring process, or as a condition of employment, will be denied access to CollegeCentral.com/Mansfield. All other third party recruiters may use CollegeCentral.com/Mansfield to post announcements regarding specific job or internship opportunities -- they are not authorized to conduct resume searches.Third party recruiters should carefully review the MU Career Center’s Policies for Third Party Recruiting (adapted from the National Association of Colleges and Employers) available here.
COLLEGE CENTRAL NETWORK POSITION POSTINGS:
Employers who require any entrepreneurial investment or upfront fee to initiate the hiring process, or as a condition of employment, will be denied access to post positions on CollegeCentral.com/Mansfield.
ON-CAMPUS RECRUITING:
All employers requiring upfront fees to be paid by candidates for employment must state the nature and amount of those fees. Failure to include information about upfront fees in communications with students and Career Center staff will result in the removal of on-campus recruiting permission at Mansfield University.
Mansfield University Career Center reserves the right to investigate complaints by students about employers or jobs posted through the Career Center. If it is determined that a complaint is justified, the Career Center may choose to deny employer services to the employer involved and may choose to report the offending organization to appropriate agencies. The Career Center will provide written notification to the employer should a situation warrant investigation.
