Statement Date This is the date that the statement was generated.
Account Number This is your student identification number or Banner id. This number replaces your social security number.
Semester This is the term for which you are being billed.
Due Date This is the date that your payment should be received by the Bursar’s Office. Payments not received by the
due date may result in your classes being cancelled/and or late fee being assessed.
Amount Due for Installment You can elect to enroll in the installment payment plan by paying this amount. The installment payment plan
calculation includes a $35.00 service charge.
Current Due This is the amount due at the time the bill was generated.
Previous Stmt Balance This is the balance from your previous statement.
Charges/Adjustments This is the amount of the current term charges/adjustments, for which you are being billed (i.e., Spring
2008).
Payments/Credits This is the amount of the current term payments/credits that have been posted to your account (i.e., Spring
2008).
Account Balance This is your actual current account balance after charges/adjustments and payments/credits have been
applied to your account. This amount does not include undisbursed financial aid.
Undisbursed Aid This is the amount of financial aid that may be applied once all financial aid requirements have been fulfilled.
Remaining Installments This will reflect any remaining installment payment plan amounts due, if applicable.
Installment Plan Information This area shows your individual installment payment amount and the date each payment is due.
Optional Donation King Kennedy This is an optional $2.00 donation to the King Kennedy Center. Please see an explanation about this
donation on the back of your statement.
