Prospective Students
The USF MBA Program was designed with today's changing corporate environment in mind.  The curriculum and experiences you encounter will help prepare you to succeed in the workplace, both now and in the future.  Companies value the cross-functional knowledge and diverse experiences that accompany a USF MBA degree. 

The USF Career Center and Office of Employer Relations in the College of Business Administration provide a variety of services to assist with your career planning. Individual Career Advice
Meet one-on-one with an experienced career advisor that will help your resume stand out to employers, as well as provide you with specific job search tips tailored to your individual situation. 

Career Fairs
The
Career Center hosts an on-campus Career Networking Fair each Fall and Spring with more than 100 companies in attendance. This provides the opportunity to network with local, regional and national companies interested in hiring USF students.

MBA Networking
The College of Business Administration provides several        
networking events attended exclusively by graduate business 
students.  The  bi-annual Graduate Business Networking
Reception affords students and companies the opportunity to
meet in an informal environment and discuss future career
opportunities.  USF is also a founding member of the
Florida MBA & Graduate Business Consortium
, a group  
of twelve colleges and universities that produces statewide     
career fairs to increase job opportunities.     
On-Campus Interviews
A wide variety of employers are invited to campus each semester to partake in on-campus interviews. The USF Career Center facilitates this process. 

MBA Online Resume Book
Your resume will be promoted to employers in the Tampa Bay area and beyond on a regular basis through this online tool. 

Internship Programs
MBA students are strongly encouraged to participate in
one or more internships during their coursework.  Experience
is a must in today's competitive job market, and internships are     
increasingly used by companies as screening tools for full-time hiring
decisions.  A variety of internship programs are available to assist
students with the process.     
Job Postings 
The MBA email listserv in the College of Business Administration and Career Center’s online job board provide timely access to internship and full-time opportunities.

Workshops
From Career Fair Etiquette to Dressing for Success, our on-campus workshops will be sure to add to your professional presentation and help prepare you for job search success.

Information Sessions and Company Tours
Get the "inside scoop" on company culture and job
opportunities by attending receptions and on-site tours,
both on and off campus. The College of Business
Administration helps facilitate these as a way for USF
MBA students to research the job market and learn about
local companies.    
Mock Interview Program
Videotape yourself in a practice interview to see how you look and act, and then receive a review from 
a professional career counselor.
