The GCSC performance appraisal process is designed to provide consistency and to link employee performance to our institutional mission, values, and strategic plan.  This process is designed to summarize and evaluate an employee's overall performance for the past year and to set individual goals for the following year.  GCSC's Vision and Mission are:

GCSC MISSION

Gulf Coast State College holds students and community of central importance.  The college provides many opportunities for learning and offers a range of programs and services to help students become well-educated, productive citizens.  The college is equally dedicated to collaborating with the community to help create or improve economic well-being and to offer the space of the college for social dialog, events of art and culture, and other moments that enhance our quality of life.

GCSC STRATEGIC PLAN

All individual performance goals shall be in alignment with the GCSC strategic plan.  The successful completion and attainment of each goal should contribute to the overall organizational goals included in the strategic plan.
