The Campus Technologies HELPLine is here to serve your Technology needs.

Simply pick up the phone and dial "HELP" (4357)! If you are off-campus, dial (570) 662-4357.

The normal hours of operation for the HELPLine are 8:00AM to 4:15PM, Monday thru Friday.  The HELPLine is closed on University holidays and during campus shutdowns. 

If you need help during off hours, please call and leave a message at 4357.  We will respond as quickly as possible. 

If you have questions or a problem that does not require immediate attention, fill out a HELP request form or simply email us!
