The office provides counseling and advisement services as well as certifying enrollment with Veterans Administration. Eligible students must be prepared to pay the initial costs for tuition and fees upfront each semester with the exception of documented Post 9/11 students eligible at the 100% tier (In-State Only) and VA Vocational Rehabilitation students who have approved authorizations (VA Form 28-1905) on file with GPC Student Accounts, GPC Financial Aid, and the GPC bookstore (E-Follett).
Other Payment Options:

2. GPC now offers payment plans through NELNET. Please visit http://paymentplan.gpc.edu/ for additional information.

Veterans, Reservists, Guardsmen, Dependents, & Spouses (Chapters 30, 31, 33, 1606, 1607,35, & VRAP)
The GI BILL provides educational money to veterans, guardsmen, reservists, spouses and dependents. Students receive a monthly stipend that is based on attendance. Payments are made directly to the student from the Department of Veteran Affairs at the end of each month in which your enrollment has been certified. The amount depends on the number of credit hours in which the student is currently enrolled and the length of the enrollment period. Hence, a reduction or stop of payment will be in effect immediately following a student's drop, withdrawal, and/or audit during the term for which enrollment certification has been processed. Students are responsible for notifying the financial aid office when a reduction occurs. VA Overpayment notices are sent directly from VA Debt Management.
