The Accounting Services Department is broadly responsible for the following functions:

  • Maintaining the PeopleSoft Financials system including general ledger and accounts payable.

  • Paying the financial obligations of the College including accounts payable, payroll, and debt obligations.

  • Billing and collecting the College’s receivables including state and federal financial aid contributions and grant monies.

  • Preparing the College’s annual financial report
