Financial Aid Freeze Date

The Financial Aid Office will freeze Spring 2012 enrollment hours early morning on January 24, 2012. The information below will answer any general questions you might have. If you have additional questions, please contact your Campus Student Financial Aid Office.

  • Any student who registers for Parts of Term One and Two before January 24, 2012 and who subsequently adds classes on or after January 24, 2012 and has a valid ISIR (Institutional Student Record) as of this date will not be eligible for additional federal funds. Students must be registered for classes before January 24th in order to receive federal aid.

  • Students who ONLY register for Second Half classes may receive federal funds if there are no eligibility issues.

  • Students who have withdrawn from a class prior to January 24th, will not receive federal aid for that class. For example: If a student registers for 12 hours during registration and withdraws from a 3 hour class prior to January 24th, this student will only be eligible for federal aid based on 9 credit hours.

  • Students who completely withdraw from the term prior to January 24th will have their federal student aid award re-evaluated based on the number of days attended prior to withdrawal.
