Conference Theme

“Age cannot wither her, nor custom stale / Her infinite variety.” Shakespeare, Antony and Cleopatra

The Georgia and Carolinas College English Association 2013 conference will address the theme of “Infinite Variety: Possibilities and Choices in Writing.”

Topics include but are not limited to
•Varieties of literature
•Varieties within a genre
•Varieties of compositions
•Varieties and voice, including underrepresented voices
•Varieties of subject matters
•Varieties of media in literature and composition
•Varieties of pedagogies for teaching literature and composition
•Any other topic addressing some element of variety

Location:

Held at Georgia Perimeter College’s Clarkston Campus, the conference is located approximately halfway between downtown Atlanta and Stone Mountain.

Registration

The conference registration fee, $20, includes entrance to all sessions, membership in the organization, a light breakfast, and a box lunch. The Georgia and Carolinas College English Association offers a friendly, collegial environment for scholars from esteemed university professors to emerging graduate students.
