Welcome to GPC Purchasing Website! Our mission in purchasing is to support the academic mission by getting the specified goods and/or services to the requester on time and processed in accordance to governing policies and procedures.

The two primary purchasing tools used by GPC is the Visa Purchasing Card (P-Card) or PeopleSoft eProcurement. Pledging credit is prohibited, all purchase shall be encumbered in advance of the purchase unless using the P-Card. Alternatives purchasing methods may be Payment Requests or Emergencies (Petty Cash, Purchase Order or P-Card) when justified. Please contact purchasing for additional details or view related links.
