STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Program Purpose:
The purpose of the program is to increase the retention, graduation, and transfer rates of first generation, low income and/or disabled college students enrolled at Georgia Perimeter College by empowering them toward success. Our purpose is achieved through a holistic interconnected series of personal, social, and academic support services, which include (but are not limited to):

• Counseling Component
• Tutoring Component
• Transfer Component
• Cultural Exposure Component
• Supplemental Grant Aid
• Technology-To-Go- Program
• Scholastic and Life Skills Development
