Personal Enrichment Workshops & Groups
Realizing that everyone experiences stressful personal issues at some point during the course of their academic pursuits, the “Personal Enrichment Workshop Series” is designed to help students deal with those personal concerns that might interfere with personal self-esteem and the quality of their academic work. The workshop series will provide students with a safe atmosphere where they have the opportunity to discuss and learn more about themselves, explore alternatives for positive change, and feel better about coping effectively with issues that may arise. These workshops are offered free of charge to currently enrolled GPC students. For their participation, students are encouraged to review the slate of topics to be discussed, along with the location, dates, and times of each scheduled workshop.
