When I try to log into iCollege, I get a message that are user name / password are incorrect. What should I do?
First, attempt to troubleshoot the problem. New user names and passwords become active a day or two before classes start. It can take up to 48 business hours after registration for the user name / password to be come active if you are new to iCollege. Remember that your user name and password are case-sensitive. If your problem persists, contact the Service Desk at or at 678-891-3460 for assistance.
