What do we do in Environmental Science?
Environmental Science encompasses numerous physical and life sciences. We discuss everything from endangered species to air and water pollution to resource use to hazardous waste. An emphasis is placed on the role of humans in the environment and how we affect our surroundings.

Physical geology is the study of the earth and the processes that shape the earth as we know it. We investigate rocks, volcanoes, rivers, glaciers and maps.
Historical geology is the study of the history of the earth from creation to the present. We also look at life through time. In lab we take a look plant and animal fossils, as well as dinosaurs.
