Advantages of Hawk Baseball

Fall Season

• Workout daily
• 8 week fall program August 20 - October 12
• Weight program specialized for pitchers and position players
• First Fall game - 1^st week of September
• 20 dates with outside competition
• Intra-squad World Series

Spring Season

• Begin January 10
• First game can be February 1
• Signing date - January 15
