Educational Policies Council
Oversees curriculum issues, programs and policy proposals, library policies and facilities.

Faculty Professional Development Study Committee (FPDSC) Supports professional development for faculty members through leadership and enhancement of opportunities for scholarships.

Faculty Senate
Initiates policies and considers matters relevant to the welfare of the university. University Priorities and Budget Advisory Committee (UPBAC)
Serves an advisory role to Kent State University’s President about university priorities, program planning and the operating budget, development of planning, effective ways to communicate planning, resource decisions and the need for programs at the university and multi-divisional levels.
