Octavia Jones
Octavia Jones  is administrative clerk and assistant to the Academic Advisor of the School of Communication Studies.  She assists undergraduate students with course registration issues, maintains all student records and files, processes paperwork and forms.  Octavia works with the undergraduate program coordinator and the advisor to assist with student recruitment and retention.  She creates reports, and ensures compliance with all academic policies and procedures involving the undergraduate program.

Alice Kopunovitz
Alice Kopunovitz is administrative assistant, working with the Director of the School.  She manages all personnel matters which include coordinating searches; hiring of part-time, term, and tenure-track faculty; and monitoring and assisting faculty and the director with reappointment, tenure, and promotion policies and procedures.  Alice also is the graduate program assistant, working with the graduate coordinator to run reports and manage the details from a student’s initial application inquiry, graduate assistantship hiring, and all forms and processes from coursework through graduation.

Kelly Schobinger
Kelly Schobinger is special assistant and computer coordinator. She maintains the undergraduate and graduate computer labs as well as the classroom and faculty/staff computers. She also is fulfilling the duties of undergraduate program assistant and budget officer for the school.
