3342-6-21.3 Administrative policy and regulations regarding identification cards for faculty, staff, and nonacademic employees.
(A) Policy statement. Identification cards similar to those issued to students are available for faculty, staff, and nonacademic employees. These cards display the individual's name, social security number, and photograph. All personnel are to obtain an identification card within a reasonable time after commencing their employment.
Effective: June 1, 2007
