Complaint Policy, Forms, Flow Chart
Whenever students have complaints about their courses or instructors, they are encouraged to meet with the instructor and program director to try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. In some cases, however, informal resolution is not achieved , and students may wish to file a formal complaint, as defined in the Digest of Rules and Regulations. Students should review the policy carefully, paying particular attention to deadlines, and then meet with the Campus Complaint Adviser to complete the form that begins the formal process.
