Blackman Auditorium is located at 342 Huntington Avenue in Ell Hall. It is a large theatre/auditorium with both an orchestra and a balcony. The total capacity is 1058 persons. The room has good acoustics, and is an ideal place for mid- to large size performances. It is equipped with professional lighting and sound systems, theatrical softgoods, and has a day/evening ticketing office. Blackman Auditorium hosts many different types of events, including classes, lectures, movies, theatre, dance teams, musical groups, choral groups, and orchestral ensembles.
