Important: In all cases, documents (e.g. transcripts, test scores, letters of recommendation, etc.) must be mailed from the home institution or testing agency directly to the Office of Admissions to be considered official. The application is not reviewed for admission until all credentials are received. The student is responsible for requesting the documents. A separate transcript is required from each institution attended (even though the work may be shown on another transcript), whether credit was received or desired. For students who are currently enrolled, provisional admission may be granted pending receipt of transcripts for the current work only.
