Students with a chosen major in the College of Arts and Sciences are assigned to a faculty advisor by the Department in which their major is offered. The assigned advisor will meet with you by appointment to discuss degree/major requirements and assist in choosing courses that will be needed to complete your degree. You should meet with your advisor every semester to make sure that you are making the right choices and discuss any questions or problems that you may have experienced during the semester.

Students who have not yet chosen a program are designated as General Program Students and are advised in the College of Arts and Sciences Advising Center.
