Our staff is available to provide presentations and workshops designed to meet student, staff and community needs. We offer strategies designed to improve students' academic performance and enhance psychological well-being. We also offer seminars at no charge to staff and faculty in areas such as conflict resolution, value clarification, communication skills, stress management, personality types, sexual assault and diversity training. We focus on developing positive mental health and optimizing personal development.
We are also available to organizations for the purposes of meeting professional needs. Our staff members include authors, teachers, and researchers. Our goals for the community are to promote community diversity and enhance community development. A few of the workshops we offer are listed above.
