Industrial Advisory Board
The College of Engineering has an active Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) composed of approximately twenty members representing the top level industrial managers both from the Mobile-area and the Gulf Coast region. The IAB meets each semester and reviews engineering academic and research programs. Input from the IAB is used to ensure currency and viability of these programs. Two recent areas of emphasis in response to the IAB have been in the areas of engineering management and minority recruiting.
