The University of South Alabama operates and maintains three Human Resources (HR) offices under the direction of the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources.
HR is one of the central administrative support departments that serves both the University and the USA HealthCare Management, LLC. The department provides central support for HR staff policies, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
The main campus office handles staff recruitment for the main campus colleges, departments and programs, the Mitchell Cancer Institute, USA Springhill Campus and the Baldwin County Campus.
The Medical Center HR office handles staff recruitment at the USA Medical Center.
The Children's and Women's Hospital HR office handles staff recruitment at USA Children's and Women's Hospital.

Kiosks are also available at each Human Resources office and may be used to apply for any staff and administrative job openings.
