• Appeals are reviewed and decisions are made by the USA Student Government Association.
• Students may contact the Dean of Students Office, Academic Support Center, 1345, for results of their appeal.
• Faculty/Staff members submit a written appeal to the dean of the college or head of the division in which they work.
