Budget Requests

The SGA Budget Meeting is usually held the 3rd or 4th week of each semester. Budget packets are available online or in the SGA Office, Student Center room 280 and must be turned into the SGA Office for consideration.

Organizations requesting allocation must submit an application including an itemized list to the SGA Office and be approved by the Senate in order to receive monies. Organizations must submit receipts along with the Organizational Receipt Form to the SGA Treasurer by 5:00 PM on the 5th day of the semester following the semester in which the event was held.

We ask that before filling out a budget packet that you read the SGA Code-of-Laws regarding the budget procedure. For any questions or concerns, regarding the budget process, please contact the SGA Office at (251) 460-7191.
