Spring 2012 SouthFit Class Schedule
Building is located on the corner of Stadium Blvd & Old Shell Road.

- Classes are no additional charge and open to currently enrolled students and all members of the Student Recreation Center. Students and members may bring a guest age 17+ for $10 per visit. The guest fee includes access to the entire facility, not just SouthFit classes.
- Dependents age 10+ may attend Friday 5:30 p.m, Saturday 10:15 a.m, and Sunday 4:30 & 5:30 p.m. classes.

- Water aerobics: The pools close in the event of thunder or lightening. Click here for the Aquatic department's severe weather policy.
If weather is questionable, call 30 minutes before class (460-6065) to confirm if the pools are open or closed.
- Spring Break Challenge: Take 20 group fitness classes (any type) in 7 weeks and win a workout towel or water bottle (your choice). January 23-March 11. There will be another challenge after Spring Break!
- Summer Swimsuit Shape-Up Challenge: Take 24 water aerobics classes and win a beach bag. January 17—May 10.
- Pick up your card in any fitness studio or at the pool. Have the instructor stamp your card every time you attend a class.
Limit one prize per person.
