These American Red Cross courses teach standard first aid and adult CPR/AED for the layperson in workplace, school, and community settings. (Only adult CPR/AED is offered; we do not teach child & infant at this time.) If you need the Professional Rescuer course, please contact the local branch of the Red Cross.
Adult CPR/AED

Description: CPR & AED covers respiratory and cardiac emergency responses for adults. Must pass both skills and written tests. Valid for one year.
Standard First Aid

Description: First Aid covers sudden illness recognition, controlling bleeding, and injuries to muscles, bones, and joints. Must pass both skills and written tests. Valid for three years.
Adult CPR/AED Challenge
The Challenge is for those already certified in Adult CPR/AED who need renewal but do not wish to re-take the course. There will NOT be a review; students must proficiently demonstrate skills and pass the written tests. Renewal card valid for one year.
