15% of all tuition and fees, including housing and meals is due for all students registering between April 8, 2012 and August 6, 2012. Please refer to the 15% payment calculator online in PAWS.
August 7 Registration schedules cancelled if at least 15% payment is not received by the August 6, 2012 deadline.
STUDENTS WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO RE-REGISTER FOR CLASSES. However, if a student's classes are cancelled, this is no guarantee the courses will remain available.
August 13 Financial Aid Bookstore charges begin.

100% refund period begins on dropped courses and complete withdrawals.
August 22 Financial Aid Bookstore charges end.
August 23 Last day to enroll in the USA Credit Union Tuition Payment Plan for Fall Semester.
August 24 Balance of tuition and fees, including housing and meals is due in full for students paying on campus. (The Office of Student Accounting or Payment Drop Boxes).
August 26 Balance of tuition and fees, including housing and meals is due in full for students paying online. (PAWS)
August 27 Registration schedules cancelled for students not paid in full by the August 26 deadline.

September 2 No course withdrawal refunds after this date.
