Schedule an Appointment
The most efficient way to receive care at the University of South Alabama Student Health Center (SHC) is by making an appointment. When you make an appointment, under normal circumstances you will reduce the time you wait to be seen. It is
important to be on time for your appointment. Walk-In service is also available in the general clinic. Students should be aware that the most urgent, emergency-type problems are seen first.

During the fall, spring and summer semesters, the SHC hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The SHC is closed on Saturday, Sunday and school holidays.
Walk-ins not wanting to make appointments must be prepared to wait to be seen by a provider assigned in the order that they arrived in the clinic. It is
important to be on time for your appointments.
