Director's Message

Dear Troy Alumni & Friends,
May is Membership month for Troy University’s Alumni Association and as the Alumni Director I want to personally invite you to become an active dues paying member.  These are truly exciting times to get involved with your alma mater while making a tremendous difference in the lives of our students.

I am enlisting the help of current dues paying members to build our membership through our new membership campaign.  The Alumni Association has just launched our “Each 1 Reach 1” campaign which encourages current members of both the alumni organization and the TROY Athletics’ Trojan Warrior program to recruit new members.  For each new member recruited to either organization through June 10, the current member responsible and the new member both have their name put in a drawing for a football weekend package when the Trojans travel to play Clemson during the 2011 season.  The package includes two tickets to the football game, a two-night stay in a hotel and a tailgating package that includes TROY car flags, magnets and other Trojan gear.  The drawing will be held June 13, 2011.

The “Each 1 Reach 1” campaign will continue through the end of 2011.  For each new member recruited by a current member from June through December, the current member’s name will be entered into a drawing for a Lifetime Membership in the Alumni Association, a $500 value.

The cost of an Alumni Association membership is $25 per person annually or $500 for lifetime single and $750 for a lifetime couple membership.  Payment plans are available for lifetime memberships and can also be done through payroll deduction for TROY employees.
