Spirituality & Ministries
UMass Dartmouth provides numerous resources for the religious and spiritual life of the UMD community. Its proximity to various southern New England towns and cities affords expanded opportunities for worship and spiritual practice.
General Services
The Religious Resource Center coordinates religious activities and serves the spiritual needs of the UMD community. Clergy and ministers from major religious denominations provide opportunities for worship, spiritual direction and counseling, and programs which enable students, faculty and staff to nurture and integrate their spiritual lives. The staff is available to persons of all creeds and will make referrals to resources of particular religious traditions in the greater community at the request of the individual.
The Office of Student Activities maintains a list of student organizations, including religious and spiritual clubs.
Catholic
Catholic Student Association
Fosters the spiritual, intellectual and emotional growth of students at UMD who are Catholic or interested in Catholicism.
Catholic Campus Ministry
A Catholic presence and connection on campus for students, faculty, and staff, CCM provides the Sacraments, religious services, educational opportunities, and seasonal gatherings, and facilitates Catholic students' activities. CCM at UMD is supported and funded by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fall River.

Christian Fellowship
Affiliated with Campus Crusade for Christ International, it is an interdenominational ministry committed to helping take the gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations
Judaism
Center For Jewish Culture
Through events and programs the center increases understanding and communication between Jewish and non-Jewish people of Southeastern Massachusetts, and is home to Hillel, the international Jewish student organization.
Islam
Islamic Society of UMass Dartmouth
Provides information and resources for the UMD Muslim community and surrounding area. The site lists Jumma prayer time and location, 5 pillars of Islam, and links to local Masjids and Islamic Centers.
Yoga & Meditation
Center for Indic Studies/Kriya Yoga
The arts, philosophy, culture, societal values, and customs of India, including universal spirituality, yoga, and health. The center also provides classes in Kriya Yoga taught by Professor Bal Ram Singh and Swami Yogi Satyam through the Division of Professional and Continuing Education.

The Tripp Athletic Center offers open classes in yoga.
