Faculty: A Goldman Dr. Abraham Goldman is the Director of the Center for African Studies, and an associate professor in the Department of Geography.

Ph.D. Clark University
B.A. Harvard University

Research Interests:

Food and agriculture in Africa, resources and conservation, geography of world agriculture, human geography, environmental impact of pesticides, and foreign policy issues linking developed and developing countries.

Countries / Regions of Expertise:

Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, & Uganda
