Recent PhD Wins Publication Award

Robert McEachnie, recent PhD in late antique and early medieval history and now teaching at the university of North Carolina Charlotte, has been named as the 2014 winner of the Sidney E. Mead Prize by  the American Society of Church History.  The award is given for the best unpublished essay in any field of church history written by a doctoral candidate or recent graduate whose manuscript stems directly from his or her doctoral research. The manuscript will be published in Church History in 2014.
