UNESCO Coupons Programme

The Coupons Programme contributes to UNESCO's efforts to promote education.

This Programme was designed to provide assistance to countries with non-convertible currency or suffering from a shortage of convertible currencies to purchase educational and scientific materials from abroad and to pay school and university tuition fees and subscriptions to educational, scientific or cultural institutions throughout the world.
