Science and Engineering Programs for Women and Minorities Deadline: 04/30/2014
The sponsor provides as internship program in which undergraduate women and minority students are employed for ten to twelve weeks during the summer. This on-the-job training program is a paid position.
The International Crane Foundation (ICF) is seeking to fill four Interpretive Naturalist Internship positions in 2014. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest/background in the fields of interpretation, environmental education, conservation biology, ornithology, education, graphic design, film/documentary production, or other related fields.
The Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program supports active research participation by undergraduate students in any of the areas of research funded by the National Science Foundation. REU projects involve students in meaningful ways in ongoing research programs or in research projects specifically designed for the REU program. Most REU applications are due by early February.
