The Compensation Committee is composed of the Chairman of the Board, the past Chairman, and one member appointed by the Chairman.
The Compensation Committee will meet at the call of the Chairman.
The Committee’s mission is to ensure that employees of Clemson University receive compensation that is market-level competitive, supports achieving Top-20 status and athletic excellence, and is relevant to the individual’s annual job performance while being sensitive to funding availability and longer term budget goals. The Committee will review all policy matters related to evaluation and compensation of the President of the University and certain other employees, and the Committee will make recommendations to the Board regarding these matters.
