Planning, Development and Preservation


All applicants

All application materials are due by February 15 of each year and are processed by Clemson University. The following materials are required from all applicants:

  • Official GRE scores sent directly from Educational Testing Services to Clemson (institution code 5111; no specific subject test is required)
  • Official, sealed transcripts from each college or university you have attended
  • 2-3 letters of recommendation
  • Online application
  • $80 fee for domestic applicants; $90 fee for international applicants. (The admissions office must receive this fee before your application is processed.)

International applicants

The program encourages international applications. Official TOEFL scores sent directly from Educational Testing Services to Clemson are required for international applicants whose native language is not English. Information about the TOEFL is available at: http://www.ets.org/toefl. The institution code for Clemson is 5111.
