Any person who is a registered voter and whose address is within a five-mile radius of Tillman Hall on Clemson University's campus is eligible to serve on the Jury for the Clemson University Municipal Court System. This jurisdiction stretches to Oconee, Pickens and Anderson counties.
Cases heard in Jury Trials within Clemson University's Municipal Court are primarily traffic cases and misdemeanor criminal cases.

You should report to the courtroom or juror room as instructed.The juror's roll will be called. You should be prepared to stand and give your name, occupation and if married, your spouse's occupation. The judge may, then, ask further questions to determine if you are an eligible juror.
