The CU Quit program at Redfern Health Center provides free and confidential tobacco cessation counseling to undergraduate and graduate students who wish to quit smoking. By meeting with a health educator, you will receive a "quit kit" of supplies as well as guidance and advice to assist you with kicking the habit. Redfern offers medical, psychological, and wellness treatment options that best suit your specific needs. The cost of the medications is covered by most insurance plans.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is the University's only facility for personal counseling, psychological testing, outreach and consultation. Services available to students include individual counseling; group counseling; couples counseling; and personality, learning disorder and ADHD assessment.
