CU Quit

We want to CU Quit! The Office of Health Promotion offers free tobacco cessation counseling for those who wish to quit cold turkey or to complement any medical treatment. To schedule a session, call 864-656-0141. We recommend the free online Become an EX-Smoker program to students.


CU CARES is an intervention and prevention program for students affected by relationship and/or sexual violence. For additional information, call 864-656-1294.


Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is the University's only facility for personal counseling, psychological testing, outreach and consultation. Services available to students include individual counseling; group counseling; couples counseling; and personality, learning disorder and ADHD assessment. To inquire about CAPS services, call 864-656-2451.
