What is Leadership Learning?

The Leadership Learning area of the Gantt Center for Student Life strives to develop Clemson students to be capable and confident leaders who are able to take action to make positive, sustainable change in their communities, workplaces, and organizations.

What is Leadership?

We understand leadership to be:

A values-based process through which positive change is created. The leadership process is inclusive and accessible to all, assumes active behavior, and is not dependent on position or authority. Finally, leadership is not an individual act, but requires individuals to work in relationship with others to inspire positive change.
