Set Up Appointment at the Writing Center, Clemson University
Welcome to the Writing Center! If you are an enrolled student at Clemson University, you can receive help with your writing through our locations in the Academic Success Center, WConline, or Cooper Library.Make an Appointment
While walk-in appointments during these times are acceptable, if you want to eliminate any waiting time, we recommend that you set up an appointment online by visiting https://clemson.mywconline.com/.
1. Create an account
Begin by selecting “Click Here to Register” (immediately under “Clemson University Writing Center” located on the upper left corner of the page). Fill out your contact information and create a password that is easy to remember. This information will be used to notify you of your session time. Users may also alter or cancel appointments by logging onto their account.
2. Log into the system
Return to https://clemson.mywconline.com/, and log into the system using the email address and password you supplied in Step 1.

A session may last from a half hour to an hour depending on how much time you think you need. Click on a white box, which will generate a pop-up form with basic information for you to fill out.
An email will be sent to you confirming your appointment.
4. Arrive at Your Appointment
Be sure to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please bring any necessary materials, such as laptops, flash drives, printed papers, etc. It will not be possible to print your paper at the Writing Center, and we do not want to lose valuable appointment time locating an available printer.
Step 3 in Making an appointment at the Clemson University Writing Center at Clemson South Carolina For face-to-face appointments, we will meet in Room 307 of the Academic Success Center. If you selected an Online appointment, please note that we meet through the same interface as what you used to click on an appointment. Return to the schedule (Step 3), click on your appointment, and launch the online consultation. Your meeting room will look like:
There’s a chat window on the right side of the page, and space on the left to cut and paste your paper. Although not required, we suggest allowing 1 hour for online appointments.
5. Come back for another appointment!
If your appointment was helpful, we encourage you to come back! There is no limitation for the number of appointments you can make. We enjoy helping you on all of your assignments and seeing your progress!
