FY 2013-2014 Compensation Plan

As a part of the 2020 Road Map goal of recruiting and retaining top people, Clemson University is implementing the third compensation plan of a planned five-year commitment. Key elements in this year's compensation plan include:

(1) market-based, performance-driven increases for faculty and nonfaculty positions
(2) bonuses for faculty and nonfaculty positions
