Table Reservations

Space is provided on the Cooper Library Bridge for CU student organizations or departments. The fee for one table and two chairs is as follows:

  • Student organizations: $10.00.
  • CU Departments: $15.00.

A charge will be applied to or created in My Library Account.  Groups who are providing their own table and chairs may do so by following the same procedure; however, there is no charge. 

To reserve a table/chairs:

  1. Fill out and submit the Bridge Reservation Form.
  2. An email confirmation will sent when the reservation is approved.

Refunds are not permitted; however, another day may be substituted subject to availability.  Tables and chairs must be picked up and returned to the Security Desk otherwise the replacement fee (which is calculated at current value and may be upwards of $200) will be charged. 

Two week notice and additional approvals are REQUIRED for reservations involving food.  Students must read and agree to follow:

Open flame is not permitted on the Library Bridge.

Raffles (of any kind) or games of chance are not permitted on campus. Contact the Office of General Counsel at (864)656-3414 with any questions.
