116.00 HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT (HIPAA)

Cowley County Community College and Area Technical School is a hybrid entity for purposes of HIPAA and will comply with all applicable HIPAA provisions ensuring the confidentiality of protected health information.

The College shall provide appropriate training on HIPAA requirements as needed.
